Looking for accommodation near Guildford

Hi!

I'm Jeffrey, a 21-year-old student at the University of Surrey looking for accommodation from mid-to-late September for the academic year.

I'm ideally looking for somewhere within around a 15-minute cycle of the University of Surrey. I live a quiet and fairly focused lifestyle centred around studying, and I'm easy to live with. I don't smoke or drink, rarely have guests over, and generally keep to myself.

I'm very tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I make an effort to keep communal areas clean after using them and take pride in maintaining a clean living environment. I'm considerate of noise and aim to be a low-maintenance housemate who won't disturb others.

I often spend weekends back home, so I'm away quite regularly. I'm looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay with housemates who value a clean and respectful living environment.
