Studio/1 bed flat, 6 months rent in advance

Hi,

I’m looking for a self contained property, private bathroom and kitchenette necessary at minimum if not full kitchen.

Looking to begin a tenancy on 30th April and pay 6 months rent in advance before the new Renters Rights Act comes into effect on 1st May, as I have substantial savings that I’ve been living on with no problem for a good while now( I’m an artist/musician/general creative) and will have no problem financially, I just don’t have a guarantor or any active income.

Don’t need to actually move into the property until mid May, so if you think you may be able to accommodate my situation in the way I’ve suggested OR a different way, and have a property that suits, I’d love to hear from you to arrange a viewing.
