Couple looking for room/studio in Plymouth – £640

Hello, we are a couple looking for a room or small self-contained accommodation together in Plymouth as soon as possible.
We are currently having to self-fund temporary hotel accommodation while looking for a stable home and would really appreciate a landlord willing to give us an opportunity.
We are looking for:
Room or studio for 2 people
Plymouth area
All bills included
Budget up to £640 per month
Ready to move immediately
We can provide:
Photo ID (available from me)
Proof of benefits/income
A guarantor is available
Any reasonable checks required
We are unable to provide traditional references, but we are happy to be open and discuss our circumstances.
We are both on benefits with a joint Universal Credit claim. Our combined income is around £1,600+ per month including UC and disability benefit.
I am currently on a community order and am happy for any required probation/property checks to be completed.
We are respectful, quiet tenants looking for somewhere long-term and stable.
