Looking for a room in Edinburgh

Hi, I’m Sumanth, a working professional currently employed at Lloyds Bank in a hybrid role. I’m looking for a furnished room or property in Edinburgh, ideally near Gyle or within easy access to a tram stop for commuting.

I’m planning to move in around mid-May and I’m looking for something within a budget of £650 per month, preferably inclusive of bills.

I’m a tidy, respectful, and easygoing person who values a clean and comfortable living environment. I’m usually quite balanced between work and personal time, and I get along well in shared spaces.

I’m open to different types of accommodation, whether it’s a room in a shared flat or a studio, as long as it’s furnished and well-connected.
