Hello !
We are a quiet and respectful family of two – myself (42) and my mother (77) – currently looking for a 2-bedroom house or apartament only in Wallingford.
I have been living and working in Wallingford for the past 4 years, and we would very much like to stay in the area. We have been happily renting our current home for the past 3 years, but unfortunately our landlord is now selling the property, so we are looking for a new long-term home.
We are reliable and responsible tenants. I am in full-time employment, we always pay rent and bills on time, and we have never had any arrears. We take great care of the property we live in and keep it clean, tidy, and well maintained. We also have a very good relationship with our neighbours.
We are looking for a comfortable and well-kept home where we can settle long-term.
We would be very grateful for any suitable offers and are happy to provide references if required.
