Looking for a flatshare/roommate

I'm a professional working in Leeds but commuting into the city, and would love to move closer to the city centre. Looking for a room in a flat/apartment in the city, preferably with other likeminded female professionals around my age. I have a car, so would need somewhere with parking, and I would prefer somewhere with a balcony or outside space.

I'd like to think of myself as tidy & clean, and a friendly person to live with. I can keep to myself, but do love meeting new people and hanging out. Always love a pub quiz or a movie night!
