Calm, easy going and considerate flatmate ;)
Hey there, potential flatmate 🙂
I’m in my late 30s, working full-time in an office, hybrid mode.
I’m into film, arts, reading, wellness and travel. On weekends I’m usually out making the most of London’s cultural scene, while during the week I’m more low-key: evenings at home with a book, a game, or a good series.
I’m looking to live with like-minded people who care about keeping the space clean and maintaining a calm, relaxed atmosphere that feels like home. I’m always up for a chat or hanging out after work, but I also value having my own space and independence.
What I’m looking for:
Ideally, I’m looking for a household of no more than three people in total (including me). I’m not interested in large house shares and would prefer not to live with a live-in landlord unless you’re around a similar age.
When getting in touch
Please include a few details about the household:
• Who currently lives in the property
• Their ages
• What they do for work, interests etc
• Whether the property is owner-occupied
• How many people live there in total
This helps me work out whether the home would be a good fit.
