Clean & reliable UCL student

Hi, I’m Elisa, moving to London for my MSc in Financial Mathematics at UCL.

I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly flat with clean and respectful flatmates. I’m flexible between students and professionals, as long as the atmosphere is easygoing and well-balanced.

I’m very clean and organised, and genuinely considerate of shared spaces. I’ve lived with eight people during my Erasmus in Madrid, so I’m very used to shared living and keeping things running smoothly.

I have an active lifestyle — I play volleyball and go to the gym regularly, so I’m often out during the day and easy to live with. I’m also planning to join a volleyball team once I arrive.

I’m friendly and sociable, but also independent. I enjoy a positive home atmosphere while fully respecting personal space and routines.
I’ve visited London several times and I’m really excited to finally live here. I also have friends in London who can attend viewings on my behalf if needed.
