30 y/o friendly professional new to manchester

Hey! I recently relocated to Manchester from North Wales, and am now looking for a house or flat for myself and Evee, who is also moving here from North Wales. We are both working professionals looking to rent somewhere long term. Evee has her own cleaning company and will be bringing that to Manchester alongside studying part time. I work full time in Oldham as a Climbing Instructor, after being self employed as a Carpenter in North Wales. Between myself and Evee we will be looking after the house through the cleaning and carpentry.

We have a UK Guarantor, previous refereces, and good credit scores.

We are really looking forward to settling down and hope to find somewhere quiet with parking and some sort of outside space.
