Looking for a flatmate(s) - Salford Quays

Hi, I’m currently based in central Manchester and looking to move as my current flatmate is relocating. I’m ideally looking to find a place around Salford Quays and would be keen to buddy up with between 1-3 people to find a really solid flat together.

A bit about me – I work a 9–5 in Fintech during the week with 2 days WFH and spend a lot of my time training (Running, Cycling, Swimming), so my routine is pretty structured. Early-ish mornings, early-ish nights, and I like to live in a place kept clean and tidy.
That being said, I like the best of both worlds so weekends are usually a mix of long runs/rides in the morning then straight into meeting people for beers and either heading out or cooking up a storm at home. I do also find myself going out post-work regularly too and I’m always keen to just get out somewhere in the sun - coffees, brunch, hikes etc.

I’m looking to live with sociable, like-minded people who are also fairly structured during the week but enjoy a good balance at the weekend. Ideally people who are clean, respectful, and who would want to join for socials or do some excursions.
