Seeking ensuite double room + easygoing F flatmate

About me:
Hi 👋🏽, I'm Genita, a working professional in HR, currently living in Milton Keynes. I'm now looking to move out for a shorter commute to work in cental London. I will be in the office 3 times a week, and wfh the other 2 days. I'm easygoing, and respectful of shared space. I enjoy cooking, keeping active (currently trying to get back into dance), and a mix of chilled evenings and getting out to explore London. I’m not really into partying or drinking (except the occasional beer on a hot day and oldschool rnb and latino music with a good dance). Into wholesome vibes, good conversation, and enjoying a calm but fun home.

What I’m looking for:
I’m hoping to buddy up with someone like-minded to find a great female only place in central London (ideally within 30 minutes of St Paul’s) from July (flexible with availability). Ideally a work station I can work from when I'm home. Would like my own bathroom.

I’d love to live with people who are:

- Clean, considerate, and respectful
- Easygoing and friendly
- Happy to chat and hang out sometimes (tv, board games, take a class together), but also values their own space.
- Doesn't mind living with someone who eats and cooks meat (except beef).

The ideal place:
Looking for a double room with an ensuite in a well-connected area with shops and transport nearby, within 30 minutes of St Pauls. Budget is maximum £1,000 including bills. Prefer less than four flat/house mates.

The vibe:
I’d like this to feel like a home, not just a place to sleep. Somewhere relaxed, positive, and comfortable where we both feel at ease. If we get on well, it would be lovely to explore London together now and then too.
