Looking for Room / Studio / Buddy-Up

Hi! I’m a postgrad student looking for a place to rent from August, with flexibility for anything available between July–September. I’m open to a one-bedroom, studio, or buddying up with someone to find a two-bedroom flat.

My budget is up to £700 per month. I’d ideally like an en-suite, but I’m happy to share a bathroom if the space is right.

I’m specifically looking for a smaller household—no more than 3 bedrooms / 3 people total—as I prefer a quieter, more comfortable living environment. Female-only flats are strongly preferred.

A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I’ll be moving for studies and plan to stay for one year, so I’m looking for somewhere stable and well-kept.
