Sunny room in peaceful home

Education professional working part-time at Alton College and online at the Open University. Looking for a spacious and bright room with descent storage in shared clean and happy home in North Hampshire and/or Surrey.
Have a small desk, a chest of draws and a bunch of books but otherwise my stuff fits in a small van.
Sleep like the dead just after 10pm and am not easily disturbed hence and rise early to go teach.
Considerate and I hope fun, make excellent Greek spinach pies :-).
