Looking for shared housing in Manchester

I’ve recently moved to Manchester to start a new role as a Data Analyst for a sports organisation. I am originally from Wales but have spent the last six years living in New Zealand and Canada. I am 29 years old and looking for a clean, relaxed professional house share with people of a similar age.

My Routine & Work
I work a standard 9-5 schedule on-site near the city centre, so I won’t be taking up communal space working from home during the week. I’ve lived in shared housing for years, so I’m well-versed in being respectful, keeping communal areas tidy, and being a generally easy-going housemate.

What I’m Looking For

Room: A room with a double-bed

Budget: Up to £875 (including bills).

Location: Ideally within cycling distance of the city centre or well-connected via tram/bus.

Vibe: I’d love a house where people are happy to have a beer or watch sport/TV together, but also respect each other's downtime.

Interests
I’m a big sports fan (football, rugby, cycling, golf, etc.). I like to cycle, go to the gym and generally staying active. I’m also enjoy hiking and skiing/snowboarding when the season allows.

Move-in date: Available from 1st May
Duration: Long-term preferred.
