(21) looking for friendly house share

Hi I’m James. I’m 21 and looking for a friendly professional house share. I’m currently exploring a move to London to work in policy/public sector.

Ideally somewhere sociable. Not a party house but not somewhere everyone just disappears into their rooms either.

I’m tidy, easy-going and considerate. I’m open to anyone friendly and respectful. I’d ideally like a double or small double room, with good transport links to Central London.

My budget is around £750-950 pcm, preferably with bills included, but I could stretch to around £1,000 all-in for the right place.

Move date is flexible, but I’d likely be looking from early June onwards.
