House Share Wanted – Professional, Friendly & Tidy

Hi! I’m a 30-year-old professional looking for a house share in the Manchester area. I work Monday to Friday on a shift pattern, with my earliest start at 6:30am and latest finish at 10:30pm, so I’m mindful of noise and respectful of others’ routines.

I’m ideally looking for a double room in a house with parking and good transport links to the M60 and Manchester City Centre. Preferred areas are Chorlton and Didsbury, but I’m open to nearby locations.

A bit about me — I’m sociable and enjoy a mix of activities including pole dancing, climbing, gaming, and movies. I love the occasional night out, but I’m equally happy with board game nights or a chilled movie evening at home.

I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and I really value a comfortable, respectful living environment.

I’m looking for a queer-friendly household with like-minded housemates who enjoy socialising together from time to time, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.
