Seeking shared accommodation in LS10/11

Due to my landlord of 18 months now wanting to sell his property, I am now looking for either a room in a shared house in the LS10/11 area of Leeds or a one bedroom flat/apartment.

I am a dynamic 54 year old. Very clean, friendly, respectful and quiet. I have a partner, daughter and grandchildren who reside in this area. And I would, if possible, like to stay close to my loved ones.
