Looking for accommodation

I am looking for a double en suite in a house / flat with 3 rooms max.

Only professionals, quiet ones please.

My preference is PL4 (Woolwell would be fine too), as close as possible to the main roads, and ideally on the / or close to the route of buses 1, 42B, and 42C.

I'd rather live with the landlord, and I'm good with cats and dogs. To be honest as there's peace and quiet and there is no visitors constantly coming and going every single day, or staying for days, I'm fine.

I don't have pets, I don't smoke, anf I need work from home twice a week, so a desk, a good chair and food WiFi are a must...
