We are a couple from New Zealand in our mid-late 20s, both working full-time professionals, currently looking for a long-term 1-bedroom rental in Edinburgh from September.
Our budget is around £1,500 per month, although we are flexible for the right place. We would ideally prefer a furnished property but are open to unfurnished options as well.
We are non-smokers, have no pets, and are tidy, respectful tenants. We would ideally be looking for somewhere with good public transport links, and parking would be a bonus (street parking is fine).
