I’m looking for a new flatmate to join my tenancy from May 2026. The flat is quiet, very clean and fully furnished – ideal for someone who wants a peaceful, well kept home.

• £185/week, all bills included (council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV licence, 1Gb broadband)
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and a studio/living room with a standing desk (great for WFH)

• Excellent transport links: 6–7 min walk to South Croydon station; easy access to East/West Croydon, Gatwick and Central London
Who I’m looking for
Someone tidy, clean, professional, non smoking and preferably vegetarian/vegan, who respects shared spaces and enjoys a calm home environment.
