Wanted room

Hello.
I am looking for some room as close to NP199.
The most important for me is I am looking for safety place where I will be able to take care about two my kids on Thursday Friday and Saturday between arround 7-8am till 6-7pm. I will be trying to take them outside on the fresh air but depends on weather etc I need to have space safety for them and good for example on nap time. On the other days I won't spend much time at home because I have my own activities and interests. I need one parking space anywhere close to house. If you have some garden at home that would be nice benefit for my kids od they will be able to be there. I don't have any requirements beyond the normal basics of self-care. I'm a clean person who keeps things tidy. The most important is safety place for my kids. Thank you.
