Chilled professional looking for room/ buddy up

Looking to rent a flat share / buddy up. Ideally in the Didsbury area , open to sale, altrincham areas as well. Currently work for NHS in administrative capacity.
I’m a friendly and chilled person , looking for a somewhat social flat group that are happy to do occasional things together but respect down time / introvert time .
I’m very much a creative person into crafts, art and listening to music and consuming literature and watching tv of an evening.
I would prefer to live with females ideally but open to a mixed household .
Ideal budget is up to £650 per month . But can be flexible.
