Two Flatmates, Looking for a 3rd in East London

Hey there! Scott and Jakub (wannabe SpareRoom flatmates, buddies, you name it) are looking for a new place (ideally a house) in East/North East London from late July/early August. Ideally Walthamstow (E17), Leyton (E10), Leytonstone (E11). But also considering Clapton (E5) and North end of Stratford. We're looking for another person to join us!

Hi, I’m Jakub (24).

I’m originally Polish but have lived in the UK for quite a while now. I work from home 3 days a week in government tech, so ideally I’m looking for a double room with enough space for a desk.

I’d love to find a sociable flat where people are up for chats over dinner or hanging out in the kitchen after work but of course respecting each other’s space and downtime. I’m clean, organised, and appreciate a home where everyone shares the responsibility of keeping things tidy.

Outside of work, I’m into pickleball, a cheeky 5k run, hiking, traveling, live gigs, cooking, trying new food spots/pubs, and a few more. I used to work as a barista, so expect random “Anyone fancy a coffee?” messages. I also collect vinyls and read quite a bit.

I’m gay, so finding a queer-friendly home is important to me. Good communication and a relaxed, respectful atmosphere matter a lot too. Also just so we are on the same page, I'm a leftie :)

Starting a new job as a music teacher in Walthamstow area!

My favourite things in life are music and nature, you’ll usually find me occupied with one of the two.

I have a million different interests. I love trying new things, exploring new places and meeting new people. Staying curious is the most fun thing you can do!

I’m a kind and thoughtful soul and I try to let that guide me through life. I’m really easy to get along with, sociable and super respectful of others and their spaces.

Just out here trying to live life passionately!

It would be great if we share similar interests, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Open to living with anyone really, all I ask is that you are friendly, have a decent moral compass and are a good person above all else!
