Hi Hani and co :) So my masterplan is to hit interested on your ad, then hope you view my ad and invite me for a viewing. Then we all live happily ever after. Genius, no? Basically I'm only interested in your place so don't want to be buying memberships just yet.

I'll give you the gist: I'm Tessa (she/they), Irish, I'm the one in the brown leather jacket. I work in subtitling for film, so naturally interested in languages and cinema. But also love trash TV. I run a fair bit, enjoy yoga, listen to/sometimes play music, swim, sauna, walk, read, garden, pub, club, eat, cook, like theatre, exhibitions, etc., love the sea and the countryside. I'm obsessed with dogs, enjoy cats too, pretty much all animals.

I currently live nearby just off Church Street in a big queer house with six other people. We get along great and I love living here, but we've recently had a rent increase resulting in me paying a bomb for a tiny box room. Your place would be so dreamy; I'd get to stay in the area and easily pop over here to say hello. And keep up my cemetery strolls, clissold runs and stay close to the auld shillelagh Guinness. I've spent a fair bit of time in warehouses, really like the vibe, and appreciate how nice your place is! Definitely looking for a home not just a house.
