Hi everyone!
My friend and I are incoming LL. M. students at King's College London and will be moving to London for the upcoming academic year.
We are currently looking for a 2-bedroom flat within a reasonable distance of the Strand Campus (walking distance preferred, but we're flexible with location if transport links are good).
Our preferences:

Bills included (preferred)
Budget: around £3,000 PCM
Move-in date: sept 10-15th
Long-term tenancy preferred
We are responsible postgraduate students, non-smokers, and happy to provide references or proof of enrolment if required.
