Long term let wanted for September

My name’s Aleena and I’m looking for a room to rent from the end of August-start of September, as my current landlord is selling the property I live in with a friend.

A little bit about me:
✨ Grew up in Lincoln, moved to London in 2024 for my master’s
✨ Currently on a data science grad scheme in insurance, working near Bank
✨ I enjoy running, going to the gym, cooking for my friends, and the occasional pub/bar

I’d say I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing flatmate - I enjoy being sociable and spending time together (e. g. dinners, chats, the odd drink), but I also really value my own space and downtime.

What I’m looking for:
✨ Areas: Ideally West (Hammersmith/Shepherd’s Bush), North (Finsbury Park/Haringey/Kilburn), East (Hackney/Bethnal Green/Clapton/Dalston), or South (Southwark/Bermondsey/Clapham/Balham/Vauxhall) — but open to other areas!
✨ Budget: up to £1000 pcm (incl. bills)
✨ Move-in: around 1st September (flexible)
✨ Double room with space for a standing desk
✨ Within ~10–15 mins of a tube station
✨ Close to gyms and shops (e. g. Lidl)

I’d love to live with like-minded people who are respectful, friendly, and up for the occasional hangout while also appreciating personal space.
