British White Male & Indonesian / British female

We are seeking double room accommodation (from September 2026 onwards) which we wish to rent for an unspecified period. We are both retired and travel often to Indonesia where we are co-responsible for running a farm. We (or one of us) might spend about 4 weeks there every 2 or 3 months and then return to the UK and so on.
We are looking to pay around £500 a month which includes all bills (inc wifi) as well as any taxes.
We would wish to have access to a washing machine and shared kitchen / dining area
We are both very responsible, tidy and sociable.
