2 mates looking for 3rd on house buddy up

My mate Ryan and I are looking for another professional who is interested in getting together to rent a property not too far from Southmead hospital.
Looking to rent from beginning of May.

I'm moving back to Bristol after a few years living away.

We both like to be social about the house but like our own space. We would be looking for someone similar who also enjoys occasionally doing activities together.

I currently work in the veterinary industry and Ryan within healthcare so we would like someone who is mindful of shift work.

Some of our interests include cooking, baking, films/ TV shows, gardening, hiking, camping and the outdoors, board games and much more.
We would not be looking to make a party household although we do like to go out now and then whilst also having friendly social gatherings.
