Professional tenant seeking en-suite room

I’m a full-time professional working remotely, looking for an en-suite room with good kitchen access. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of the property. I keep a consistent routine, take good care of where I live, and always pay rent on time. Ideally looking for a clean, well-maintained place where I can work comfortably from home with good desk space. I have my own office chair I can bring and my own work desk too only if needed. A kitchennete would be super ideal but not must
