My business

Looking for a new place to live, self employed professional, spend most days out working. Haven’t got a guarantor, an unfortunately unlikely to pass a credit check due to homelessness last year where I ended up not being able to pay creditors back. however, on the side to running my own business part time, I also am employed as an early morning cleaner to subsidise my income when my gardening work stagnates over the colder months. I currently rent a room in stanground for £600 a month, all payments have been made on time and I pay my rent fortnightly. Reference available from my landlord, but I am looking for something more central or Bretton area.

I also have a small platform on TikTok so I tend to go live while I’m cooking to speak to my followers, but this can change if needed. Currently building a platform so I can give free services to my most vulnerable clients and be paid through social media.
