Hi! I'm looking for:

- 2-3 person professional flatshare, girls only
- City centre location (ideally Spinningfields, Castlefield, Salford, M3/M15/inside ring road), or Salford Quays
- Moving early July
- Parking included (or available to rent nearby for extra)
- £1000pcm budget Inclusive of all bills, council tax, parking
- Strictly non-smoking/vaping (for health reasons)

About Me:
I'm a professional working a 9-5 tech job in the city centre. I mostly work from the office but occasionally do like working from home. I'm an early riser, really value wellness, and spend my free time at the gym, hiking/walking, travelling, or out with friends. I enjoy a night out occasionally or having friends over to chill, but with respect for my flat's quiet hours.

Shared Living Style:
I like to keep shared spaces tidy and clutter-free. I really value open communication and a relaxed, respectful home environment where we can chat about expectations upfront. I'm looking for a considerate flatmate ideally with a similar lifestyle, would be nice to be genuine friends and hang out together sometimes, but I'm equally happy just doing my own thing!
