Looking for a room to rent!

Hello! I’m a 20 year old Degree Apprentice and I’m looking for a room to be closer to my office. I’m currently moving out of my family home and am looking for a professional, relaxed environment. I’m a polite and considerate person who values a relaxed atmosphere. I'm good with animals if you have any.

​My role is hybrid, so I split my time between the office and working from home. Because of this, I’m looking for a room with enough space for a desk setup that I already have. My desk is 140x80cm. I’m very self-sufficient and take a lot of pride in keeping my living space clean. I’m mindful of hygiene I always make sure to clean up after myself in communal areas, so I’d be a great fit for a household that values tidiness.
​I do have a car, so a parking space (or reliable on street parking) is a must have for me. Additionally, I’m currently on a 900mbps Vodafone fiber contract. I’d be very open to bringing this high-speed connection with me and managing the service in exchange for a small negotiation on the rent/bills, if that’s something that interests you, otherwise I'm fine cancelling it!
