Rent near Frimley

Hello! I’m a 20 year old Degree Apprentice working in Frimley, and I’m looking for a room in the surrounding area to be closer to my office. I’m currently moving out of my family home and am looking for a professional, relaxed environment. I’m a polite and considerate person who values a chill atmosphere. In my limited free time, I’m usually gaming, sword fighting or planning my next holiday. I am good with animals, currently have a family cat.
​My role is hybrid, so I split my time between the office and working from home. Because of this, I’m looking for a room with enough space for a desk setup. I’m very self-sufficient and take a lot of pride in keeping my living space clean. I’m particularly mindful of hygiene - I’m a "no shoes in the bedroom" person and I always make sure to clean up after myself in communal areas, so I’d be a great fit for a household that values tidiness.
​I do have a car, so a parking space (or reliable on street parking) is a must have for me. Additionally, I’m currently on a 900mbps Vodafone fiber contract. I’d be very open to bringing this high-speed connection with me and managing the service in exchange for a small negotiation on the rent/bills, if that’s something that interests you!
