Looking for a double room or a buddy up

Hi!

I’m Karl I’m 26 years old from Ireland and have been living in Manchester for the last two months but in a sublet agreement so would like to live somewhere where I’ll be an actual tenant

I’m clean, tidy, respectful of others in the house. I enjoy cooking, reading, running, going to a pub quiz or a live gig. I also have a dodgy fire stick so we can watch any tv, film, or sport without need for a subscription.
I work Monday to Friday 8.30-5 but with a 2.30 finish on Fridays. Some days I leave earlier as I travel for work.

I’d ideally like to live with one or two other men or women of a similar age who are also clan and tidy (have had some filthy housemates in the past and I just can’t live like that) in a house relatively close to the city centre.
