Looking for room asap

I'm looking for a room asap, my landlord is moving back to the Carribbean in the next few months.

As a tenant, I'm relatively quiet, i tend to keep to myself and I'm clean.

I'm currently in receipt of benefits whilst I search for a job but I'm due to start volunteering with a local charity and I'm with a recruitment agency so hopefully shouldn't be long until I'm employed.
I also have a male neutered cat named Finn, who's very well behaved but in the event he does damage anything, I'm more than happy to pay for things to be replaced.

Please contact me if you have anything available for £500pcm or under or have any additional questions, thank you!
