Looking for room near Maryland/Stratford/Leyton

Hi,

My name is Qi Qi and I’m 28. I currently live near Maryland/Leyton and looking to move somewhere closer to tube station. I work full time in East London as a designer and artist, and my income is stable. I’m on a Global Talent Visa with three years left, and it can be switched to ILR after that, so my visa situation is very secure.

I’m a quiet and clean person. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and I live on my own with no pet. I cook simple meals and keep shared spaces tidy. I’m also pretty handy with fixing things around the house if anything ever needs a quick check.

I would like a large room with a garden or somewhere to put my bike, as I cycle to work on weekdays. I’m hoping to find a place to stay long-term for at least the next two to three years. My ideal move in date would be mid July.
