Hi, I'm a 30-year-old music professional currently finishing up my degree in Music Production & Sound Engineering. Most of my work is studio-based, but when I do work from home, it is done entirely on headphones, so noise is never an issue.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and very easy to live with. Outside of my music, I have an 11-year-old daughter who may occasionally stay over for a weekend, though I often travel to go and see her.

I'm looking for a comfortable, straightforward place with a good, relaxed atmosphere from the end of June. Ideally, I'd love to find a room with a low deposit option under £650. I will just need enough space to bring a desk setup with me for my studies and work.
