Professional female looking for room from 31/08

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent from the end of August or early September. My budget is max £800, preferably including bills. Looking for a spot with good transport links.

I'm a professional recently moved from Australia and about to start a new role, so I keep a pretty structured weekly routine. I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with and I value a calm, tidy, home environment and always do my part with shared spaces.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors for walks, trying new cafes, rockclimbing and generally keeping things low-key. I'm happy to be social as well, whether that's the occasional chat, shared meal or pub hangout, but I also respect personal space and down time. I'm also comfortable living with pets, especially cats.
