Hi looking for House Share 👋

Hello my name is Kelly and I am a 29 year old professional from Newcastle looking for a house share. I am a reliable tenant, who has been working for her company for over 4 years now.

I would prefer an en-suite, but willing to go to shared bathroom, if it is a smaller property and I’d only be sharing one with 1-2 people. I have a car that I need for work, so parking nearby is a must (it’s ok if I need to buy permit, that works too). My preferred areas are: Heaton, Jesmond, Walkergate and Wallsend. Open to other areas in Newcastle, if they are central to the roads as I have to drive for work.

I am very friendly and clean. I go to the office 2-3 days a week and work from home 1-2 days, depending on what work is like and sometimes a few times a year travel overnight for work.

Please note, the earliest I’d be able to take a new tenancy is 1st July onwards, as stated in my preferred moved in date. This is due to having to put notice into a current landlord.
