Hey! I’m looking for a place in city centre

I’m a social person so would love to live with someone that I can hangout with but I also love to chill by myself sometimes. During the week I work in the office most days but in my downtime I enjoy gaming, watching tv, gym and nights out (usually village).

I’m a non-smoker and I’m a tidy person so would prefer to live with someone who also likes to keep the place clean. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to stay—somewhere relaxed, friendly, and respectful.

I’m also gay and would prefer to live with someone else who is also gay but this isn’t a dealbreaker for me
