Male (25) looking for a room

Hi, I’m Danny and I’m looking for either someone to find a flat with, or to move into a free room

I’m a 25 year old accountant from Leeds living in Manchester and have been since 2023. I enjoy going for runs, playing padel and the occasional night out

I'm looking for (preferably) a double room with a decent space to share with someone where we can socialise but also have our own space

I have a budget of around £650-£700 for rent but flexible if a good offer comes up, and looking for a place that is easy walking distance into town, working in Spinningfields. Ideally this would be in the centre or Deansgate / Ancoats / Salford way

Looking to move in late June / early July when my current tenancy ends as my current flatmate is moving away
