Quiet but friendly young at heart female

Hi there, I am looking for a room in a friendly household for myself and a small short haired female cat. She doesn't use an indoor litter tray so will need access to outside space. She's very clean and well behaved like her owner and has flea treatment monthly. I was previously working for twelve years for the NHS but due to health I was unable to continue with full time. work. I am receiving universal credit and Pip and will be happy to pay housing allowance direct to landlord should you require this. I would love to settle somewhere homely hopefully for the long term. I am very easy going, sociable and enjoy a conversation if it comes about.
