Tidy Creative Seeking A Calm Summer Base

Hey, I'm Jessica, a caring & compassionate individual with lots of travel tales to share!

As a keen writer & creative, I'm grateful to be able to visit new places around the world on a regular basis. 

I’m soon to return to the UK from an 8 month trip through the US, Australia & South Pacific, and I'm looking for a base within Leicestershire to call home this summer (Preferably within 10-20 mins of Nuneaton / Hinckley, near family, friends & boyfriend).

I’ve been utilising Trusted HouseSitters in recent years, but would love to find something that feels a little more permanent moving forwards. A clean, tidy, calm & peaceful space that’s conducive to creativity; chilled yet fun.

I currently work remotely, providing part-time admin support with flexible hours each week, as well as dedicating time to progressing my own writing projects, so I’m often seeking out cosy corners where I can retreat and set up comfortable writing & work spaces. I’m someone who is highly organised, super tidy and considerate of others & their spaces.

I love both cosy days in (curling up with a good book, putting pen to paper, practising yoga and playing board games), as well as adventure days out (walking in nature, dancing, swimming and being with animals). I’m a social butterfly who also needs her own quiet space & time to recharge, as a highly sensitive empath who is noise & energy sensitive.

I'm looking for somewhere fully furnished within a non-smoking and hopefully low-media environment from 1 June - 24 Sept with several weeks and most weekends away.

Fun fact: I recently came off social media, so I can be more present with the people, places and projects in front of me. It would be lovely to make a new friend, as well as a housemate, through this process. Someone to share experiences with, if we have similar interests, or I’m always up for trying new things if not!
