Friendly Professional Seeking SW London Home

Hi, I’m Coco — a private tutor working with children, based in South West London, and I’m looking to stay in the area. I’m searching for a furnished (or unfurnished) room around Brixton, Herne Hill, Clapham and nearby areas, with a budget of up to £1,500 pcm. I can be flexible with my move-in date, with an ideal latest start of the end of June.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and really enjoy living with others — I much prefer a home where you can have a chat, share a meal or a drink together, while still respecting each other’s space. I enjoy cooking, trying new food spots, going to the theatre, and trips to the Ritzy cinema. Creating a harmonious, positive home environment is important to me.

During the week I work in the afternoons and early evenings, often teaching online, so I keep a fairly structured routine.

I’m open to either joining an existing flat or buddying up with someone to find a place together. Ideally, I’d love to live with people who are respectful, sociable, and value a good balance of friendliness and independence.
