Hiya, I’m looking for a clean, relaxed house share in Manchester ideally close to the centre

I will be moving to Manchester and I work full-time, so I’m out a fair bit, but at home I’m easygoing and respectful of space. I like a calm, tidy environment during the week, but I’m also up for the occasional glass of wine, movie, or catching up with housemates.

I’ve lived in shared places before, so I’m used to keeping things clean, being considerate, and just generally making the house feel easy to live in.
I’m looking for people who are friendly, chilled, and on a similar wavelength not a party house, but not completely silent either.
