I’m a working professional looking for a double room to rent within 15/20mins of Hayes to use as a clean and reliable base while working in and around London.

My job involves being away for periods of time, so I won’t be in the property full-time. When I am there, I keep things quiet, tidy, and respectful. I’m easy to get along with, but generally keep to myself and maintain a low-key routine.

I’m ideally looking for:
- A double room
- All bills included
- Access to a kitchen and shared living space
- Parking availability
- A clean, well-maintained home

I’m not looking for a party house—more a calm, respectful environment with other working professionals or similar.

Budget is up to £500 per month, and I’m ready to move fairly quickly for the right place.
