Clean, calm housemate

I’m looking for a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, preferably with a bath. A garden or patio would be a bonus.

Ideally sharing with one single person.

A bit about me. I’m very clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. I like my privacy but enjoy being social too. I love cooking and living a healthy lifestyle. Most days after work I’m in the climbing wall or the gym.

My weekends are spent outdoors, hiking, surfing, climbing or visiting family.
