MA student looking for room/buddy-up
Hello! My name is Evelina, 23, and I’m moving to London this September to start my Masters at London College of Fashion (UAL).
I’m looking for a single or double room (with ensuite preferably) in a friendly flatshare or someone to buddy up with (I already have my eye on some great 2-beds and 3-beds, so I’m looking for someone that’s a good fit!)
I’ll mostly be studying and hopefully working part-time but in my free time I like to cool off with a good movie, find cute coffee spots and hang out. I appreciate my alone time but I’d like to find a place that feels like home, and the right people to make it one!
My interests include fashion, music, food and all things art-adjacent. I’m easy-going and I keep my space clean and tidy, so it’s important for me to find someone who feels the same about common spaces. I love the occiassional night-out, as much as I do a night-in with a good movie and appetizers! Also, I'm bringing my Switch with me, so a co-op game night can and WILL be discussed.
I’ll be moving with my 3 yr old indoor cat, so finding a pet-friendly apartment and roommate is non-negotiable for me, which might be limiting when buddying up. My cat is vaccinated, well-tempered and well-cared for. He is accustomed to apartment living and sleeps through most of the day. As changing his environment is already a stressful situation, I’m looking to rent for a minimum of one year, and perhaps with the opportunity of an extension.
As for flatmates, I’m interested in sharing with up to two other female flatmates!
I can offer good meals, company and unlimited cuddles with Nalu for anyone missing their pets back home! 🐾
I’m flexible on location although I would prefer areas in East and Central London or somewhere with good connection with the tube. locations I’m particularly interested in is Islington, Shoreditch, Camden, Greenwich and South Bank but my most important criteria is the safety of the neighbourhood.
My budget is around 1200-1300£ (bills included ideally). I am also not firmly set on the move-in date, I would be able to move in from August, if the situation warrants it.
I’m looking forward to meeting new people so feel free to reach out!
