Looking for a room in York

I am looking for a room in York, ideally near York Hospital. My budget is around £600-800 per month. I would prefer sharing with one or two people at most. I prefer a quiet place and evening. I would like to share with someone who is clean and respectful. I tend to go to sleep early, so I prefer someone who also values quiet evenings. I only would like to share with female housemates.
