Looking for an lgbtq friendly place to rent

Hi!
I'm looking to move back to Brum before, or ASAP, a new job starting in July. Either to rent an existing room or to buddy up and find a flatshare. I'm 23 and recently graduated from my masters at the University of Birmingham. I use she/they pronouns and my friends would describe me as bubbly and a bit of a nerd. I love reading, doctor who, films and yapping. Not too fussy about accommodation specifics, just commutable to the city centre and with like-minded people I can feel safe around. I love animals of any description and I'm sociable (board games, trashy TV etc) but also good at entertaining myself. My maximum budget would be £800 pcm with bills included.
