Hello :D looking for a new room or property :)

Hiya, I’m an adaptable, very open-minded and very independent student who is looking for a place to stay that is much closer to her university studies in evolution. I am open to new ideas that aren’t my own and I really enjoy swimming, rock climbing, and going to the cinema, as well as social events such as music festivals. The place I currently live is much too far from my studies as my course is not an online course. Moreover, the person I was living with has moved away and due to the lack of amenities in this town, I’m hoping to move somewhere with more amenities and a higher rate of employment as I would like to be in at least part-time hour work while I am completing my studies. My studies may be also completed part-time in the near future, so I would be home most of the time – at least initially. I am an adaptable person who respects others right to privacy as much as my own. I value my privacy as much as I enjoy social events. I have a very well-behaved cat – I never had to train her – who I adopted when she was a kitten, I love her to pieces and vice versa. Ideally this new town or city would have a vet. She needs a home that is nice and relaxed due to her background, although both she and I love the city and nature alike. She absolutely loves people but she may take a while to get used to you and she would likely prefer to stay in the room with me most of the time, or with your consent, at least until she gets used to you. That’s why a garden or even patio would be nice or even a nice front area, such as greenery or nature as she is only allowed out under my supervision. I will not accept any hint flirting as that would be inappropriate due to the power dynamic involved between a live-in/live-out landlord and their tenant/s. I am an independent student and I value my independence and mine and my cats wellbeing above all else. I am interesting increasing empathy towards human and animals, and others would consider me very open minded to 'liberal' ideas. However, I get along with everyone and I do not discuss politics, as the main thing is open-mindedness. I hope to hear back from you shortly! Thank you for taking the time to read this :)
